Espro Calibrated Tampers are designed to take one more variable out of making great espresso: consistent tamp pressure. The Espro Automatic Tamper is a piston action tamper that lets you know when you exert 30 pounds of pressure. Once 30 lbs. of pressure has been applied, the handle slightly depresses and makes a subtle clicking sound. The Espro Calibrated Tamper has a flat bottom base made of stainless steel, and the handle is made of anodized metal.
